At Leopard, every piece of furniture is carefully crafted to order using premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship. As our products are made specifically for each customer, we are committed to delivering your order safely and within the estimated timeframe.
Production & Delivery Time
All Leopard furniture is made to order.
- Standard production and delivery time is 21–30 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
- Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, or official public holidays.
- During peak seasons, custom orders, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances, production and delivery may take up to 45 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, and delivery location.
Delivery Coverage
Leopard currently delivers to most locations across Egypt.
Delivery availability may vary depending on your location. If your address is outside our regular delivery areas, our customer support team will contact you before processing your order.
Delivery Confirmation
Our customer support team will contact you before delivery to confirm the delivery date and ensure that someone is available to receive the order.

Delivery Requirements
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, customers are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate delivery information.
- Ensuring that furniture can safely pass through entrances, hallways, elevators, staircases, and other access points.
- Obtaining any required building permissions before the scheduled delivery date, if applicable.
Leopard is not responsible for delivery delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect information or restricted access.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect their furniture immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or receive an incorrect item, please contact Leopard within 14 days of the delivery date in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery Delays
Although we always strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- High order volumes.
- Material availability.
- Public holidays.
- Severe weather conditions.
- Transportation or logistics disruptions.
Should any delay occur, our team will keep you informed and work to complete your order as soon as possible.
Delivery Postponement
Customers may request to postpone the delivery of their order for up to 3 months from the original delivery date, provided that the order has been paid in full.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or confirmed by our customer support team before delivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply for remote locations or special delivery requirements.
