At Leopard, every piece of furniture is carefully crafted and made to order with premium materials and exceptional attention to detail. We are committed to delivering products that meet the highest quality standards while providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
Customers may request to cancel or modify their order within 72 hours of placing it.
- Orders canceled within this period are eligible for a full refund.
- Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified, as each item is manufactured specifically for the customer.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Since all Leopard furniture is made to order, returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The delivered product is significantly different from the confirmed order specifications.
Returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect measurements chosen by the customer, or personal preference are not accepted.
Reporting a Problem
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you discover any manufacturing defect, delivery damage, or receive an incorrect item, you must notify Leopard within 14 days from the delivery date.
To help us evaluate your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
Failure to report the issue within the specified period may result in the request being declined.
Inspection & Resolution
Once your request is received, our quality team will carefully review the submitted information.
All eligible claims will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days.
If your claim is approved, Leopard will determine the most appropriate solution based on the nature of the issue, including:
- Repairing the product.
- Replacing the affected item or part.
- Issuing a full or partial refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
Product Variations
Our furniture is manufactured using natural materials and premium fabrics.
Minor differences in wood grain, fabric texture, stitching, color shades, or dimensions may occur due to the natural characteristics of the materials, lighting conditions, photography, or screen settings. These variations are considered normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Measurements & Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product dimensions before placing an order.
Please ensure that the ordered furniture can pass safely through entrances, doors, elevators, staircases, and any other access points required for delivery.
Leopard cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from insufficient access space.
Refused Deliveries
Refusing to accept delivery of a completed custom-made order does not qualify the order for a return or refund.
Delivery Postponement
Customers may request to postpone delivery for up to 3 months from the original delivery date, provided that the order has been paid in full.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, refund processing may take several business days after approval.
